They discuss the Broncos success since his arrival and the transition process to becoming an official NCAA D3 program. Zack has brought in a lot of local talent for his teams and gives us some recruiting advice for high school athletes. They also look back on his time at UV and his memories of playing for Coach Matt Osborne.
